Bleach With Care

PROTECTION STARTS BEFORE THE BLEACH. At Daisuke Salon, every bleach service begins with protection. First, we apply a scalp protection oil spray to help protect the scalp before the bleaching process begins. Before application, we also mix Plex Treatment directly into the bleach. The amount is carefully adjusted depending on the condition and damage level of the hair. Plex Treatment is included in every bleach service. There is no additional charge and no need to add it as an extra treatment. For root bleach and retouch services, we pay special attention to the dividing line between the new growth and previously bleached hair. This is one of the most delicate areas during a bleach service. We apply a specially prepared Plex protection gel along this area to help protect the previously lightened hair and reduce the risk of breakage. This protection is also included as part of our standard bleach process. Because bleach applied directly onto the scalp can cause discomfort for many clients, we normally apply the bleach a few millimeters away from the scalp whenever appropriate, while carefully controlling the application for an even result. For us, bleaching is not simply about making hair lighter. It is about knowing where to protect, where to apply, and how far the hair can safely go.
