ARTIST PROFILE
AUSTRALIA
In Australia, Bethia built her experience as a freelance stylist, working with a wide range of clients and creative influences. Those years shaped her intelligent and highly technical approach to colour, with a strong eye for complementary tones, colour correction and carefully constructed colour work.
KUALA LUMPUR
Now based in Kuala Lumpur, Bethia has become known for some of today’s most technically demanding layered styles. From anime-inspired cuts and precise butterfly layers to modern wolf cuts, she attracts clients looking for complex shapes, bold movement and highly detailed layering.

BETHIA
Bethia brings an exceptional level of focus to every guest. She loves conversation, and through talking she uncovers their concerns, understands what they truly want and finds the right direction for their hair.
Even on the salon’s busiest days, she never rushes her work. Her hands remain calm, deliberate and precise as she gives every detail the time it deserves. Bethia is not a high-volume stylist; she is at her best when she can devote herself fully to one person at a time.
SIGNATURE WORK
Bethia loves layers and has a sharp eye for emerging trends. She is especially known for manga-inspired styles and technically demanding cuts such as hush cuts, wolf cuts, VK styles and butterfly layers.
Her colour guests often come to her for modern high-tone looks such as beige, ash beige and white beige, as well as bold details like angel rings and raccoon tails. This is where her strength lies: creating fashion-forward colour that feels precise, current and highly individual.
At Daisuke Salon, every stylist is a highly trained cutting professional. While each artist has their own specialties, every member of our team is trained to the same exceptional cutting standard, delivering precision, balance, and craftsmanship beyond the conventional salon experience.

PROFILE
CREATIVE AT HEART.
PERSONAL BY DESIGN.
Originally from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Bethia began freelancing during her university years in Perth, Western Australia, driven by a love of styling and experimental colour. When COVID brought her back to Malaysia, she decided to turn that passion into a full-time career in Kuala Lumpur.
After cosmetology school, she joined Daisuke Salon, where Daisuke’s attention to detail, values and technical knowledge helped strengthen her foundation while she developed her own creative voice. She still occasionally returns to Sabah and Australia to care for longtime clients.
Bethia loves vivid colour, unconventional patterns and cuts inspired by games and anime, alongside modern classics such as wolf, hush and butterfly cuts. Her men’s work centres on scissors, texture and layered shapes. Bethia does not specialise in clipper-based fades or traditional barber-style cuts.
Her chair feels like catching up with a friend. She works collaboratively to bring each client’s vision to life, with one priority: hair they genuinely love and feel good wearing. Conversation can travel from life stories to games, anime and future travel dreams.
